Istana Batik Ratna - Yogyakarta

La ubicación es muy buena y el desayuno está muy bien.

Las habitaciones son algo cutres. Sábanas viejas y estropeadas, poca iluminación, baños antiguos... las fotos dan una imagen y el hotel es algo cutre para como se vende. Nos dieron una habitación muy cutre al principio y luego nos la cambiaron manteniendo la tarifa original por una algo mejor.

No tiene ventanas y al estar en una planta baja, al lado de la piscina y zona de desayunos es ruidoso

Location is excellent, if you want to be near to the main market area. Also the Kraton and Museum are within walking distance.

Although the hotel advertises that it accepts American Express, in fact this turns out to be true only for locally issued Amex cards. The rooms are clean but not in very good shape. Old shabby furniture, and water stains on the wall from leaking pipes.

It is a very well situated place, less than 500m from Yogya train station, and same from Malbioro street, which is the street in Yogya that lead to everything.

This place has no soul at all. The people there do their job, but are unfriendly, cold and showing false smile, 'just for the white customers'. The swimming pool is awfully located in the middle of the restaurant, indoor. The breakfast is really low level (some toast available ona buffet type of thing). When I got there, there were no wifi availalble, and no plan to have it repared. I had plan to stay 3 days, but decided to leave the next morning. I had so easily found a nice place with the same type of service, directly in central town for one fourth of the price of this one.

Hotel rooms are not as shown in the website. Rooms are not clean and very old furniture. Bathroom is the worse. But just 3min walk to Maliboro Street. Will not consider to stay there again even it's location is good. Prefer somewhere else further but clean and comfortable hotel.

Beautiful hotel

A lot of noise due to the configuration of the hotl and the proximity of the train station.

The location is great - next to shopping street, lots of restaurants, bars, and 3 minutes walk from the train station. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and pool is nice.

This friendly hotel is one street south of the main railway in Jogjakarta and being nearer to the south entrance of the station was ideal for catching long distance executive trains. The restaurant/cafe was open at all times which was ideal. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The Location is great, just a few metres from the main street. The breakfast is very good!!

The hotel is good, but for the price could be better. The room is very basic, and the bathroom was bad.

It's location. It's next to the train station so one can take a train from/to the airport. It's very close to Malioboro, the main shopping area.

There's nothing for vegetarians in the breakfast menu except bread, butter, jam. The wash basin drainage was a problem.

Located in the city centre, great rooms all situated around the pool, friendly staff

Staff, swimming pool. Comfort & cleanliness were good considering the budget.

The hotel itself was full and clearly could not cope with the large number of people staying there, the pool area is small, breakfast was average, the front rooms are very noisy and the very front room is literally located in the reception foyer. Not particularly cheap (although maybe it is in the off season). A shame because the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and assisted us in every way they could.
